(ii) Nigerian Ports Authority
Owners of Seaports in Nigeria , with an estimated turnover in excess of USD 2.5 billion.

(iii) Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)
Social Security managers in Nigeria with an assets base in excess of N 60 billion.

(iv) Federal Ministry of Aviation
The ministry responsible for regulation of aviation industry in Nigeria .

(v) Union Bank of Nigeria Plc
One of the leading banks in Nigeria with an annual turnover in excess of N 18 billion.

(vi) Viva Methanol Limited
Owners of the biggest methanol and polypropylene plant in the world (under construction in Nigeria ). Estimated total value of USD 500m.

(vii) Gusau Oil Mill
A company engaged in the manufacture of Cotton Seed Oil. Estimated total value of N900m

(viii) Technixs Oilfield Services Limited
A company engaged in the manufacture of liquid nitrogen. Estimated total value of N900m

(ix) Lekki Export Processing Zone Limited
A company engaged in the developing of a privately owned export processing zone in Lagos . Estimated value of N5b.

(x) Jackal Ventures Limited
A company engaged in leasing and finance. Estimated value of N250m.

(xi) CentrePoint Bank Plc.
Our firm acted as Due Diligence Advisers to the Bank during its merger with five (5) others to form a Mega Bank – Unity Bank Plc.
